yes the fellowship gives funds for people to stay here 5+ years if accepted, but for the young hungry builder, they can't stay. people usually cut costs way lower than 1500/month. it is cheap relative to SF though.

problem: students want to contribute or earn pocket money but don’t know how.
problem: the gender ratio is heavily skewed, affecting social dynamics and emotional tone.
problem: the campus feels cold and sterile, with little beauty or life.
we need more plants, real wood, candles, stuff like that..
